Terms of Service are as following:

- Prices lower than 20USD or monetary equivalent are paid immediately upon purchase. Prices over 20USD are paid in two parts: one half upon purchase, and the other after the final product is delivered.- Commercial use adds 50% to the final price of the commission.- Prices are negotiable unless I (Shaky) have previously stated the commissions are emergency comms.- I (Shaky) can use the final product to promote my future commissions. If the client wants it otherwise, the price is raised by 5% of the original.^ This also means I (Shaky) can show the commissions publically. ex: writing commissions are published in Wattpad and/or Toyhouse in commissions collections. This up to buyer's choice.- I (Shaky) will need references of the character/person/animal that is going to be potrayed in the artistic work.
^ If it's art, I'll need photo-references or physical descriptions. / If it's a written work, personality and physical descriptions of the characters' plus a little guidance on how the written work will develop, which can go from just a situationship to a full-on-detail description.- For scripts, information, investigation on the topic and tones of voice are responsability to the buyer- For designs, some kind of guide will be needed, which can be (but it's not limited to): moodboard/s, Pinterest board/s, descriptions, themes.- Regarding digital art commissions, the buyer can choose the resolution and size of canvas with no monetary charge. Same goes with traditional commissions that are delivered physically.- Once the product is finished, buyer can do anything they want with it as long as proper credit is given.- It is preferred that I'm (Shaky) given a deadline to finish the product once the main payment is given, since I have ADHD. Check-ins are needed if the buyer prefers not give a deadline.

When requesting a commission, you agree to these terms and that you have read them.

Los Términos de Servicio son los siguientes:

- Precios menores a 20USD o equivalentes monetarios son pagados al instante. Precios arriba de 20USD son pagados en dos partes: una mitad al instante, y la otra después de que el producto final es entregado.- Uso comercial agrega 50% al precio final de la comisión.- Los precios son negociables a menos que yo (Shaky) haya establecido que las comisiones son de emergencia.- Yo (Shaky) puedo utilizar el producto final para promover mis comisiones futuras. Si el cliente no quiere eso, el precio es subido un 5% del original.^ Esto también significa que yo (Shaky) puedo mostrar las comisiones públicamente. ej: las comisiones escritas son publicadas en Wattpad y/o Toyhouse en colecciones de comisiones. Esto es a elección del comprador.- Yo (Shaky) necesitaré referencias del personaje/persona/animal que va a ser representado en el producto artístico.
^Si es arte, necesitaré referencias en foto o descripciones físicas. / Si es un escrito, descripción física y de personalidad de los personajes, así como una pequeña guía en cómo se desarrollará la obra, que puede ir de sólo una situación a una descripción llena de detalle.- Para los guiones, la información, investigación del tema y tonos de voz son responsabilidad del comprador.- Para diseños, se necesitará alguna clase de guía, que puede ser (pero no limitarse a): moodboard/s, tablero/s de Pinterest, descripciones, temáticas.- Acerca de comisiones de arte digital, el comprador puede escoger la resolución y tamaño del lienzo sin cargo monetario. Mismo caso con comisiones tradicionales de ser una pieza entregada físicamente.- Una vez el producto está terminado, el comprador puede hacer lo que quiera con el mismo mientras se den los créditos respectivos.- Es preferible que a mí (Shaky) se me dé una fecha límite para terminar el producto una vez el pago principal es dado, puesto que tengo TDAH. Los check-ins son necesitados si el comprador prefiere no dar una.

Una vez pedida la comisión, estás aceptando estos términos y que los has leído.
